Color Inspection

ME-Inspection's Extruder Line Color Inspection is a device intended for visual control of color codes applied on extruded rubber profile.

The device inspects the accuracy of the color code, mutual position of color lines, line width and quality, overall profile width. The device of visual control is positioned just behind the extruder; the profile is hot and the air in the profile surrounding is highly polluted.
